Up 31-21 at the half, Arkansas came out and fumbled the ball 3 out of the next 5 times they touched the ball, the first of which was on a facemask that wasnt called of course...The game froze as we were debating whether to friendly quit or what cuz i was done...Im so glad to be done with this game, I love this league, but hate this game...Moving on to Madden, hit me up if you guys have that and wanna play. gg

My game definately froze, yes my guy fumbled, but thats cuz he apparently has a wind up to throw like Tim Tebow...keep in mind that was only 1 of the 3 fumbles in a 6 min span that i touched the ball on 5 plays including the kickoff that i fumbled...

Never said I was good. You're not and haven't been since NCAA fixed all the cheese tactics. It's a fact. Facts don't lie.

I guess youre right then starshaw...u guys say im bad like i dont make the playoffs almost every season and have multiple playoff wins including a final 4 in '12...i guess im irrelevant and terrible

So if I run the WR screen 40 times against you I should score 252 points. Noted.
Really though, it's great having 1.7 seconds to pass against a one man line. Very realistic.

I use the 155, but no shake blitz for me. By the way its more realistic than you think, it's used alot more in real life than you think as well. Just part of the evelution of the game... something to use vs all the spread offenses. It's all about speed.

Thats the problem, they try to make the game too much like real football, but its not real football. its a video game...there are always gonna be flaws and stuff for us to bitch about.

Haha, are the offensive linemen devolving along with that? (See top video)
Can you shoot me a list of college teams that used the 1-5-5 on more than 10% of snaps during any game last season? In real life, any team that showed a 1-5-5 on 1st and 10 against an I formation or a two TE formation would be in serious trouble. Half the front seven would be on the ground before the running back even touched the ball. In the game, it isn't uncommon to see a one yard loss. Oh, also in real life, offensive lineman can think. Not in EA's universe. They are designed to handle a small set of circumstances very well. This front not being one of them.
Also, if you are using the 1-5-5 Prowl, you don't have to manually shake, because the front seven moves around by itself pre-snap.

Yeah, how can we expect EA to make an offensive guard engage a LB directly in front of him, given three years of development and hundreds of thousands of dollars. It's a lot to ask. It's just a video game, after all.

what you are seeing in all the videos... are very circumstantial(sp lol), kinda all the money plays you see on offense. A certian play vs a certain defense WILL work everytime. There are plenty of plays that beat this defense, lord knows i get beat all the time. hell vtech destoyed it running out of the I and strong. By the way it was invented by Belichek. Ole Miss used to beat Tim Tebow. Arky State used it and 425 to come from one of the worst to become one of the best defenses on the ncaa last year(statiticly) www.behindthesteelcurtain.com/2009/9/21/1047264/the-2-4-5-and-1-5-5-revealed

I agree they could make the offensive linemen much more intelligent, we have all been saying that as long as i have been in this league, but even if they do that, people will find ways to exploit flaws in the game...no matter how good they make it.

Yes but when one particular aspect stands apart as clearly retarded (HB direct in the PS2 days, option runs in '12, etc.) it's pretty simple: Just don't allow it in a league. 1-5-5 Prowl is that. Don't take my word though. Just go into practice, select it against random run plays, and watch defenders being ignored on 60-70% of all plays run.

Here. This is pretty straightforward pre-snap right? Nothing too confusing to handle... Oops! The MLB over the LG had his MGS4 Stealth Suit on! Shucks for the offense. Three yard loss. In real life, what do you get when you put four 240-lb linebackers lined up directly over 300-lb offensive linemen, and a single DT who is standing stick straight at snap, on a straight ahead run play? Probably a safety making an ankle tackle 15 yards downfield.
