That's funny you bring that up. That was the movie that first came to mind when I saw this earlier. I always liked Remember the Titans and Any Given Sunday as well.

Oh god The Program is so awesome. Latamir or however you spell his name roiding out. Love that movie.
Similar style did anyone ever watch the TV show Playmakers. That was a hell of a show, if only the No Fun League didn't get their panties all in a bunch we could have had more than one season of it.

jesus you are young and biased thurm. Varisty Blues isnt even in consideration for GSMOAT and either is your texas ass friday night lights. You can start with The Natural then move to the Field of Dreams. Then there is Major League and The Program. Then there was Any Given Sunday and the Replacements. I personally lvoe The Field of Dreams and I almost forgot, The Sandlot. Fuckin American classic right there

The reason I put Varsity Blues on there is because it was on TNT when i put this post up. Its a good movie, certainly not the best sports movie, but that wiped cream bikini scene is hott.

it astounishes me how you remember all the titles of the Air Bud movies, but I think Golden Reciever was the best.
I think Radio and Coach Carter should be added to that list.

The Terry Fox Story, this guy ran a marathon a day across Canada, with 1 leg.
This isn't the movies but an ESPN documentary, the movie was awesome.
The 70's classic, Breaking Away. About 4 local kids in Bloomington Indiana trying to fight growing up. It is a cycling movie but a great one.

Yes Kent, Breaking Away is a must see movie, not just a must see movie for sports fans. I love the father character in the movie. "Refund?!, Refund?!"
I had Breaking Away at number 10 on my list.
I never saw the Air Bud movies. I considered Tin Cup, but it fell just out of the top 25.
