Sorry Texas has to be so big lol. You can drive for about 12 hours starting in Houston to El Paso or Brownsville to Amarillo and still be in Texas. That's crazy. And we are the only state that can divide itself into seperate states if we please. It was in the deal to become a state, we can divide into 5 states, that'd be weird, but I love being in Texas ya know.
Another neutral site, the Super Dome haha. Maybe in West Mississippi or something.

Hey I forgot about the Superdome. That game would be just as big as the Georgia-Florida game. Georgia-Texas Superdome, sounds like a big ticket affair.

I don't think it would be. Texas/OU UGA/UF games like that are rivalries that have taken decades to build you just can't put together a game and expect it to trump all other rivalry games...although it would be fun to watch

it would be a nice stepping stone to building a rivalry though. especially since it consists of two teams that are going to be pretty good year in and year out.
i wish osu would get an out of conference opponent and schedule them every year like mich-nd or whatever. only problem is they have completely filled up their out of conference schedule for like the next 10 years

Yeah but Ohio St. ALWAYS has a big dog on the schedule. They have series with Texas and USC as of late, and they have upcoming series with VT, OU, and Miami. I like the fact that Tressel, Carroll, and Stoops will play anyone.

the only problem with osu scheduling so far out in advance is the games get really watered down. remember when washington had reggie williams and cody pickett? they were a legit top 25 team then those two left and osu got stuck still having to play the other end of that home and home while washington was just hoping to win a conference game last year. obviously the usc, texas and ou games are going to be games between two ranked opponents no matter what, but miami and vt arent exactly shoe-ins for the top 25.

Didn't Georgia use to play a high school game against Texas's allstars?
