They are from Louisville, Kentucky and they are called My Morning Jacket. Think of Lynard Skynard, The Band or Allman Brothers when you hear them

Ha, I know its not, but I mean they have their similarities. The singers voice sounds nothing like Lynard Skynard, their guitar does and their clothes do. They are actually a damn good band. Another good Southern Rock (more rock) band is Kings of Leon. I'm not sure what kind of music you are into.

They are not your "traditional" 70's southern rock, but they have that classic rock sound to them and they are from the south and it just goes hand in hand. I bet your a big country music guy then. I like Rock (not heavy metal or any death shit), just good old rock and roll..New stuff and old stuff...here is a video for the Kings of Leon, it has a cool country line dance to it...
Here is one more

My personal opinion is that all music started with country. First there was country, then their was blues and then blues & country both created rock and then it went from there.

Yeah country was the first i would think.
Do you like the bands like
Third Eye Blind Matchbox 20 Sugar Ray Hoobastank Dave Matthews Chevelle
a couple years ago they were in their prime..thats music

DMB is the man, the rest I don't hate but I don't like. Matchbox 20 might be a little too gay for me, no offense. Sugar Ray is good summer music.
My Bands are: The Strokes The White Stripes The Libertines Kings of Leon The Walkment
Most of them have that New York rock sound to them, the raw guitar and shit like that. I don't mind country, i like the obvious ones like Johnny Cash and Willie Nelson. Another band i liked out of the 70's was The Band.

Yeah Johnny Cash is another favorite
but my range of music is wide so i like pretty much everything
yeah and im not a huge fan of matchbox 20 they just had 1 or 2 good songs that put them on the map..
Here I am talking about music and i got a big game in a couple of hours

Haha, no shit. You may need to get your mind off the game...its like listening to your IPOD before the game to calm you down.
Are you gonna stay at Florida if you make the final 4 or are you going to enter the draft?

I'm not really sure yet..I like spreading it out with Florida but the defense is suspect. I'll have to see what happens this season and then I'll look around and see what else is out there. I can pick a team thats not in the league right now right? Like someone picked UCLA.
By the way if your not busy we can get in a scrimmage if you want. Unranked or ranked, it doesn't matter
Before last came I chilled for about 20 minutes before the game with my MP3 player and had a pregame meal of viena sausages with mustard haha.. I plan on doing the same tonight

Really, you don't have one? You lose with Nebraska, you lost to me with FSU and you lost with Wisconsin...WOW....YOU HAVE THE CURSE OF THE VTECH. He couldn't win a playoff game either when he first started, now look at the big guy.

The lead singer from my morning jacket looks like Alan Collins from Lynard Skynard. check this out. Skynard live at Oakland in that huge ass stadium. This is what music is about, these days are no more. this was recorded just a few months before the plain crash in 77.
this was recorded July 4th 1977. 3 members of the band died 3 months later. Lead singer (ronnie Van Sant), Guitar Player Steve Gaines) and back up singer Cassie Gaines, Steve's older sister. this band died in that plane crash, even though they have tried to continue to keep it going, it has never been the same.

My all time favorite Johny Cash song. Sunday Morning coming down.
there is nothing like sunday depression after a great saturday night, hung over, having to work on Monday. Around 5pm on Sunday's that depression kicks in some how. This song says it best.
